During the pandemic, I found myself reevaluating my career path and discovered a passion for entrepreneurship. Frustrated with my 9-to-5 job, I noticed the growing trend of virtual assistants and saw an opportunity to leverage my 13 years of experience in law offices. After discussing my aspirations with my mentor, I was inspired to start AJA Legal Group as a Virtual Paralegal. This transition was timely as many law firms were shifting to remote work and sought professionals who could deliver in a virtual environment with the same effectiveness as in-office support.
At AJA Legal Group, I embody the core values of Passion, Accountability, Growth, and Service. I hold an ABA-approved paralegal certification and a BA in Political Science from Chicago State University. My expertise spans drafting legal documents, trial preparation, client intake, scheduling, legal research, deposition preparation, back-office administration, and e-filing. I am dedicated to providing high-quality support to law firms, solo attorneys, business owners, and individuals needing notary services in Illinois and Texas.
What sets me apart is my eagerness to continuously learn and my commitment to alleviating stress for attorneys. My goal is to become an attorney myself and, eventually, to expand AJA Legal Group, creating a firm where I can mentor and train the next generation of paralegals.
